Terms and conditions
The payment of the invoice by the customer implies that he has read and accepted these general conditions:
1. CUSTOMER DECLARATION:
1.1 The customer declares and guarantees that all the details given at the time of booking are authentic and accurate.
1.2 He declares that he has read the terms and conditions of services and agrees to pay for all services ordered.
2. DECLARATION BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER :
2.1 The Provider represents and warrants that it is licensed and in all respects authorized and regulated by Egyptian laws in force to sell its services.
2.2 The service provider declares and guarantees that all services contained in the booking form will be honoured in accordance with the rules of the profession.
3. PRICES APPLIED :
3.1 The prices contained in the invoice include all that is indicated in the box designation of the stay
3.2- Are not included in these prices:
- All personal expenses
- Cancellation and repatriation insurance if not ordered by the customer
3.3 The payment terms are those previously agreed between the customer and the service provider.
4. REGISTRATION :
All registrations must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total package price. The reservation will only be definitively confirmed when this deposit is received by Red C Sports, by CB or by bank transfer.
5. MODIFICATION :
5.1- Any modification is considered as a cancellation and re-registration. If the change occurs more than thirty (30) days before departure, this change will not be charged.
5.2- If the modification occurs less than thirty (30) days before departure, unless otherwise agreed, it will be considered as a cancellation.
6 CANCELLATION
6.1- Due to the organizer:
In the event that the organiser is obliged to modify all or part of the planned programme, either because it does not gather a sufficient number of participants, or for reasons beyond his control, or for reasons relating to the client's safety, the client will receive a full refund of the sums paid.
6.2 Due to the customer:
If the customer cancels his registration:
- More than 30 days before departure, a 30 € booking fee will be charged. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Between 30 and 15 days before departure, a deduction of 25% of the total amount of the package will be made + €30 for administrative costs. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Between 15 and 3 days before departure, a deduction of 50% of the total amount of the package will be made + €30 for administrative costs. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Within 72 hours before departure, a deduction of 100% of the total amount of the package will be made.
In all cases, insurance costs are not reimbursed.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES :
7.1-Responsibility of the service provider:
As regards the consequences resulting from infringements of the rules in force in the country, both for customs formalities, police regulations and other local particularities, the service provider cannot be held liable.
7.2 - Customer's responsibility:
The customer is responsible for his own health and safety. The service provider cannot be held liable in the event that the client is injured or dies during a sporting activity, or does not comply with the safety rules indicated by the various sports organisations. The client is responsible for the equipment provided by the sports organizations.
